Tasks in today with no time should be place below tasks with a time

I don’t want to see tasks without a time at the top of the list because then it seems that these are more important. However, tasks that I have assigned with a time are more important as I want to do them at a specific time. Task withotu a time are less important (otherwise I would have assigned them a time).
