Projects in Griply
How projects could fit inside Griply: Goals are (measurable) outcomes Currently goals are also used for projects which clutters the goal page. Once we have projects goals should ideally only be used to define (measurable) outcomes. Projects represent the "execution" layer. Projects are groups of tasks that push your goals forward (currently, people use subgoals for this purpose). Projects can also be used without linking them to a goal (ideal for home project, or projects from work that don't link to your personal goals). Subgoals are still relevant as they can be used to break your main goal into measurable sub results Example of hierarchy: Life area Goal (advanced with subgoals) Subgoal project project Subgoal project Goal (simpler structure) project project Project (no parent goal)
