Sync status icon + wait for sync

I’ve seen the Griply Mac app not finish a sync before I’ve closed it. When I opened Griply on the web, the changes made on the Mac app were not there.

Two solutions to this would be a sync icon, so the syncing progress could be seen. And for the apps, waiting for a sync to complete before closing.
