Smart List - Create a New Task in a Smart List

Give ability to write new tasks within the smart lists feature.

EG: made a smart list for groceries, it regroups #to_buy tagged tasks across different sections (home/food/etc…), it be great to be able to add to the list straight in the “Groceries” smart list and not in the individual life/area goal page
