Separate out Subgoals and Tasks in Goals "Tasks" count

The “Goals” area “Tasks” count includes both Subgoals and Tasks. This is inaccurate and also not helpful.

It should separate out the count of Subgoals from the count of Tasks so they are separate.

That way, we can see how many Subgoals a Goal has, as well as a roundup count of Tasks.
