Custom midnight

I work at night a lot, and I’d love to be able to set a custom time for when the system goes to the “next day”, and tasks become overdue. I would have it at 3:00 am instead of 12:00 am. It’s very confusing to see things switch to the next day in the middle of work, and not be able to see today in “Today” view anymore. Some apps (Morgen) allow for that quite effortlessly, it seems.
