Color of properties in task settings

It would be way faster to understand what settings are applied to a task if the priority and tags would expose their color in the task settings.

Furthermore, under some conditions, the contrast between background and symbols/secondary text can be hard for reading (in that regard, having more control over color is not just interesting for theming but also for accessibility)
