Calendar View Improvements: Display Empty Goals/Projects and Filter Completed Tasks

In the task sidebar, when using the calendar view, it should be possible to see goals, sub-goals, and projects that do not yet contain any tasks, so they can be dragged onto the calendar to create time blocks even when no specific task has been defined yet.

It should also be possible to filter completed tasks.
