I am a fan of Eisenhower matrix, where I want to change my priorities from “High, Medium, Low, No” to “Important, Urgent”, “Important, Not Urgent”, “Not Important, Urgent”, “Not Important, Not Urgent” and I would love to use priority for that, instead of tags - it is more natural.
