The tabs for Goals and Tasks in Life Areas (and just Tasks for Goals) should be able to have different settings than the Overview version.
Right now, the tabs are just the same as the Overview, which makes them somewhat redundant.
We should be able to choose different settings for these.
E.g., on the Overview, only show Active Goals. But on the Goals tab, show all Goals.
E.g., on the Overview, group Tasks by Goal. On the Tasks page, group by Date.
