Added filtering options

Current filtering options are great, would be useful also to have an « exclude option »

So let’s say in a tag view, I want to exclude all tasks attached to a specific goal( eg: Goal A), right now I have to select every goal except « Goal A ». It would be simpler to just have the option to mark exclude « Goal A »
