Add the ability to navigate across months in Insights

I really like the Insights view, especially the monthly (“M”) view. However, it currently only shows the current month. It would be very helpful to have the ability to navigate across months, such as viewing previous months.

A simple use case: during my monthly review (typically at the beginning of the month), I’d like to look back at my Goals metrics and Habits from the previous month to better prioritize execution for the current one.
