Add custom date option to task completion pop-up

I would like to request the ability to set a custom completion date when marking a task as finished. Currently, the app only offers "today" or the "due date" as options, which limits accuracy—especially for recurring tasks that may have been completed on a different day. Adding a custom date picker would provide more flexibility for tracking tasks that don't align perfectly with their scheduled due dates.
