Unable to see Create New Task dialog window on iOS

Tried troubleshooting with my keyboard (SwiftKey) but no luck. No issues with the keyboard anywhere else and I've been using it for years.

On a fully up-to-date iPhone 17. Any help would be much appreciated. In my 7 day trial and won't be able to continue using if I can't add tasks on mobile.
