Smartlist "no life" are is a "OR" and not a "and"

When I filter using a smartlist on tasks that are in a certain life area (to focus on private instead of buisness todo’s), I use life area’s to filter.

This works great for everything that is in a life area, but when I use the option “No Life Area”, it works different than I expect, it seems to be working as a OR instead of an AND (like the rest of the life areas).

So I want for example “Fun” and “No Life Area” (inbox like) tasks that are set for today.

So I want to see everything that is for today and that is non buisness. So I use the “no life area” to include things that are not yet defined for a life area. But right now, it does not work as I expect
