Repeating Tasks don't appear on calendar view

I am able to assign a time to repeating tasks like I normally would be able to, but when I drag them over to the right to set them on the daily calendar view, the time gets assigned to it as you can see in the task view but it vanishes from the calendar view. In my screenshot, you'll see that the repeating task "scheduled problems" is set for 8:30-10:00, but isn't on the today timeline view on the right
