Context menu opens on different position

When using right click to open the context menu, it sometimes opens at a different spot.

    It’s not related to the window borders.

    In the browser it works better but the position is still somewhat off (the context menu opens almost on the bottom of the clicked position… very off compared to how context menus behave normally)
