Connection Bug

I love the new connection option but its basically unusable because it creates duplicates in the wrong areas. for example:

what i want= life area=monthly> goal = october> test project

connect test project to life area=business>goal = my business> test project

which does happen

but it also duplicates it in these two spots:

life area=monthly>test project appears here then i see it attatched to the goal ocober and also just sitting in the monthly randomly

AND

it does the same in the same spot to the connection I made it with:

life area=buisness>test project is also just sitting here along with test project connected to the my busness goal which is the only place it shoudl be
